Mechatronic faults need precise diagnosis
A mechatronic-related code does not always identify the failed component by itself. Pressure loss, wiring, sensors, solenoids, control electronics, clutch wear and internal hydraulic faults can produce overlapping symptoms.
Problems we investigate
- P1735 and P1736 sensor faults
- P189C low hydraulic pressure
- P0841 implausible pressure signal
- P0607 control-module performance
- P2716 pressure-control solenoid fault
- Loss of odd or even gears
- Failure to select drive or reverse
- Intermittent limp mode
Repair based on evidence
We establish whether the problem is inside the mechatronic unit or elsewhere in the gearbox system. This avoids replacing an expensive assembly when the underlying fault needs a different repair.
